Just to add that most affiliate marketers that I know have more than one niche that they are promoting

It's kind of like a property portfolio. You have a bunch of houses and apartments, or virtual property in the case of affiliate marketing. Some will just break even, a few will have problems that you have to fix and a small number will bring in the majority of the profits
