Looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager/Director oversees and executes affiliate marketing programs and delivers associated services which include Publishers and Advertisers. The Manager in this position should demonstrate initiative and be able to create a value proposition between both its clients, Advertisers and Publishers. The person in this position should have a strong knowledge of all pertinent online advertising models

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
-Identify and qualify Publisher and Advertiser Vertical targets based on business models
- Create new affiliations domestically and internationally
- Manage and retain Publisher relationships
- Compose and send newsletters to internal and external partner teams
- Develop performance & strategy for Publishers in an assigned portfolio, including:
- Segment joined Publishers to identify top performers across Advertiser Programs and Verticals
- Create Optimization Strategies
- Monitor the Advertiser brand to ensure protection and compliance by Publishers
- Promote and protect interests of assigned Publishers' programs
- Provide weekly performance and monthly summary reports of all program management activity

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must have an in-depth understanding of online marketing techniques and terms
- Requires an understanding of publisher models, including SEM, SEO, media buys, email and loyalty
- Understanding of different online marketing models, including CPA, CPM and CPC

Required Education and Experience
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in the online marketing industry (not concurrent with above).
- Minimum 2-3 years experience running marketing programs (online or offline, may be concurrent with above)
