Attention All Affiliate Program Managers:
Our company, DM Contact Management, is located in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia and we run two very successful affiliate programs representing numerous health supplements.

We have been growing year-over-year for the past decade and have been leaders in our market space and in the last few years we have really focused on expansion and bringing the right people on board!
Up until recently our Affiliate Program was run by the Director of Marketing but as we continue to grow we need a talented individual to focus entirely on driving the growth of our affiliate programs.
The position is full time in our Victoria office with a base salary ranging from $50-$65K and then bonus/commission based on the performance of the programs. Potential earnings will be well into six figures for the right person.
We need someone that knows how to build a team of successful affiliate recruiters and account managers and motivate them to succeed every single day.
Your three main focuses would be:
1. Maximizing potential of existing affiliates
2. Nurturing new affiliates coming into program
3. Sourcing new affiliates to feed the program
