Affiliate program targeting local business

I am new to this forum and I am offering online services targeting local businesses. I am looking for a program that allow people to sell the services for me.

Basically, the services will eventually get local business to signup and pay for subscription. So the affiliates will either sell the services online and get local business to signup or to sell it offline and enter the data online later.

Either way, I am looking for a program suitable for that purpose.

Not sure if I should just go with the main player in the market (CJ, sharesales, etc) or should I integrate a thrid program int our web site (subscription).

Tried search "LOCAL" affiliate program on this forum and get over 200 thread returns, but most of them don't even mention "LOCAL"

I'd look at Shareasale, it's a popular affiliate network but the lowest cost to start up. Not real sure the best way to make the offline tracking work. Maybe they would have some ideas for you.
