I've never found a suitable source of accurate KEI data. Having said that it kind of doesn't matter if you consistently use the same source of KEI info. It's only a guide anyway.

I used to use keyword elite for this purpose but the result is far from accurate while I do manually.
Generally speaking, the higher the KEI value the better chance you would get into the top position.
