What you need to use some bulk mailing software like send bluster etc. SMTP server give you the access credential and simply you can set up with bulk mailer software. Here is the basic video tutorial about how could you connect SMTP and atomic mail sender.

let me know, how can you send email blaster without mark as spam?
and I still do not understand how to send emails at once, if you are willing to explain from the beginning, if necessary, you made us a video, how you do it.
