Pre-registration opens two days before the event or, at the latest, the day before the event.
The AWA app will send you updates with registration details.
When you arrive on level 22, you’ll find the badge collection desk where you can pick up your badge and badge sticker.
Based on your purpose for attending, you can either place the relevant stickers or use markers to write down what you’re looking for or your role in the affiliate scene.
First time visitor event
For first-time visitors, AW organizes a special networking event to kick things off.
This event takes place the day before the main event, from 4 PM to 6 PM.
It’s a great opportunity to get a glimpse of the main event’s atmosphere and start networking with a wide range of attendees.
Sub events
Speaking of sub-events, there are plenty available for attendees.
If you’re interested in extended networking or additional sessions, make sure to pre-book them in advance.
D-day!
The market is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but it was extended until 7:00 PM on both days of the event due to the high interest in networking.
You can find the networking zone in the middle of the venue, where attendees actively engage in business discussions.
Additionally, there is a business zone on the side with desks and chairs, providing a comfortable space for longer conversations.
There’s also an ice cream truck, a massage zone, and a hydration station offering water, allowing you to take a break and recharge during the intense networking and excitement.
After Parties
The after-parties provided a fantastic opportunity to continue networking in a more relaxed and informal setting.
With great music, drinks, and an energetic atmosphere, attendees had the chance to connect on a personal level while unwinding after a productive day at the event.
After the Event
After the event, you might have collected tons of business cards and initiated numerous conversations on Telegram and Skype for your affiliate business.
It is even more important to follow up with the connections you've made, maintain good relationships with them, and make things happen!
