I just posted to my blog an article about what to look for in you're traffic stats. Again it is way to long to post here but here is an excerpt.

You have pain stakingly watched your site climb up the search engine rankings and now you have hit the “money” spot!! Now it’s time to watch the money roll in, kick band and relax right?, WRONG, this is where the real work just gets started. The next couple weeks will give you time to collate your data for what we’re going to talk about next."
