Hi, I'm Edward - another member wondering over from Neil's Web Hosting Chat forum. Just thought I'd pop in and say hi.
I know naff all about SEO, but I run the hosting company Freethought Internet (who confusingly also go under the name Xon Internet). Without trying to sound like I'm pimping the company, we do all sorts of UK based hosting for resoluble prices off our own private network out of Node4's DC-2 in Derby.
I've been into computers since I got an Amiga 1200 in 1992 and I've never looked back. Having used both Windows and Linux on the desktop I settled with Mac OS a few years ago when the Mac Mini meant I could finally aford an Apple and I've never looked back.
These days I mostly work with Cisco and Fortinet networking kit as well as Linux servers - although I'm a Check Point firewall expert.
In what little spare time I have I write short stories, take photos and run a mobile disco service with a friend. I'm also trying to redecorate/rebuild a house that I bought earlier in the year that was pretty much ready to move in to - not quite sure how it's managed to take so long...
