are ads nofollow

just added some cj ads to my blog i have 2 esay questions?

had to use adsense manager plugin, and it didnt like javascript versions, so just used normal html, non encrypted

are the ads nofollow??
does it matter they are not encrypted?
do you lose ranking for having ads if they are inaffect follow links?

Whether they are follow or nofolow the SEs can easily spot these affiliate links

Is this allowed as per the T7Cs with CJ and other affiliaites. Though changing theit code was frowned upon
