Articles needed.

Is there a site where articles or more so tutorials can be freely and legally downloaded?
Or does any member here want to submit suchlike for inclusion in my site(see signature)go to tutorials you will see whats needed by the absense of anything!
You will have you name and a link to your website at end of tutorial.So a free pr4 link!
