Auto post on social networks

Hi
I'm looking for wordpress plugin that will post automatically my new website posts to my social media account , specially on my twitter account (with the rags as hashtags ) and on Pinterest (tags as boards)
until now I haven't found any good plugin to use

Not sure with Pinterest, but with other social media profiles, you can use Jetpack - it's really powerful plugin.

it's not working on Pinterest and I'm not sure if it take the tags as Hashtags

I try to use
nextscripts but the tags work only with the pro version
and Pinterest is working only with their API

do you have other tools that I can use?
