Can anyone point in the direction of a good autoresponder, better still if its comes at nil cost . I am also looking for a system to manage e-mail lists and e-mail marketing campaigns.

Agreed. Aweber is the only way to go. They have a 100% delivery rate for my emails since I've been using them.

Not only that but you have all the stats you could possibly need to track the success of your email marketing campaigns.

This is probably the one place (as well as hosting) where you want the best you can get and you don't want to skimp.
