I have been a member of a couple of affiliate programs before, one was for merchant accounts, and the other for Forex, but never managed to jumpstart, as I didn't get any conversions. Perhaps it was my lack of knowledge on ways to effectively promote these programs, I don't know, but now after running an online store for years, I decided to give a try to a new program that offers very different niches, in one proposal, so I used prior knowledge to promote this niches myself, but as I consider myself a newb in affiliate marketing, I am open to suggestions from members of this forum, with more experience and luck, in the subject. As this program I just joined offers the usual pay us $.... and we will get you instant traffic, promises I know from my own experience are hardly a reality, as free organic traffic, takes some SEO, and this offer doesn't allow for any SEO at all!
So the only thing I have done so far was manually submitting to some search engines, and groups I know they allow you to post a free ad, as for what I've seen so far these niches are highly competitive, and to get any conversions I need more information.
