BEMOB & MGID tracking problem

Hi. Does anyone use MGID with Bemob? Lately, some of my campaign stats (clicks&costs) in Bemob are way off, like ~20% lower compared to MGID's report.

I'm using direct tracking url's for my campaigns. So either Bemob tracking is broken, or MGID is sending way less than they are reporting. But after talking to support, all should be good and noone realy knows whats wrong. Anyone had similar issues and how to handle it?
