Best cheap hosting for mobile popup and redirect traffic.

Hi guys, I am looking for a cheap hosting for landing pages.I am planning to drive mobile popup and redirect traffic.Which would be the best one ? I was using EIG group hosting services like bluehost shared web hosting in past and an experience with them was really bad.
