Is it better to name a video with SEO optimization or in a somewhat clever way in the hopes of making more viral (e.g. if it's a funny commercial name it somthing like "funny commercial" instead?)
On the other hand, just adding in random "SEO optimization" keywords may get you penalized. My advice is to use a title (and filename) that is descriptive of the content of the video.
Ideally you want to do both - name it right for search engines as well as people.
So if it's a funny video about green widgets you name it funny green widget video.
Then it has your main keywords and something to get click-throughs too.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
