I've been actively marketing and link building.

The domain is about a year old, the site is about 3 months old.
All pages have been indexed by google.
Currently there are 3,190 backlinks showing in yahoo site explorer.

The site has been manually submitted to over 300 directories, has a few sitewide PR2 and PR3 listings and also has been submitted to a PR7 directory.

I am predicting that it will be a PR4 or PR5 in the next google update.
