Birds tweeting early in the morning

Do you get waken up early in the morning with the sound of little birds tweeting and making noises?

I don't I live in city center, noise is everywhere and everytime, but I got two chances recently and heard those little noisemakers, they get pretty much active around 4-6 in the morning
