Hi Everyone,

One question around CPA Campaigns is this: how long does a typical campaign last? is it based on the offer?

what is a typical campaign length? or is that dependent on the person running it?

is 30 days too long or 7 days to short to make a campaign profitable once you have done your testing, data gathering and all of that?

any info or resources would be awesome :)

Most often you can get a very long time out of an offer. What changes is the campaign. It's important to separate the two. It is the campaign that may last a month, 2 months, maybe 3 or 4. Always be thinking about and spying on what hooks, angles, triggers, channels, traffic sources, and media are being used successfully in the moment. Stay on the bleeding edge with spying on the competition.

What is the expiration date or what is the best if sold by date?
A product marketing strategy is open ended and subject to change.
As to selling someone else's offer they set the expatriation term ...
  1. How much time will it take you to devise your marketing of someone else's offer;
  2. is that time you spend recoverable by the offer's longevity?

In other words, the answer is conditional to the time reward potential.
