Hi, Ammar. Did you get to use your account at all? Did you violate any of their TOS? Have you tried to connect with them via other means, like phone or Skype?
That's very typical when an account is closed. Not just by them, by most sectors in this business.
Popads is not one of our vendors, so we can't intervene for you but usually, you have to just move on to another traffic source. I know it's frustrating not knowing the why of it, though.

Not a specific network but check the Resources section (Traffic Sources category), there are lots and you can also create a thread in the Business Centre, letting vendors know you're looking for pop traffic. Then they'll come to you.
