I have not come across many webmasters who use Rackspace. I got a quote off them once, it was way too expensive and they did not offer me the flexibility of choosing a control panel I am comfortable with. I also hate their jingle: Fanatical Support, not sure I want a fanatic to provide me any sort of support.
