A lot of these programs want websites to advertise their offers no money paid up front --they have no exclusive rights when doing business on that basis. Notwithstanding the right of refusal --your topic or content is not acceptable to their brand or reputation.
Absolutely. On my dating affiliate websites I use various affiliate networks. I guess the majority of affiliate networks would rather be included than excluded from an affiliate's website
