Chargebacks seem to hit websites that delivers good more than it hits sites that delivers services. Most of the time, if its a service like web directory inclusion you can just remove the site but with good, merchants most of the times do not get their good back.
Has any one here been in the position of shipping out goods and getting a chargeback on that good or even a directory submission?
