Chelsea have accepted a Football Association charge of failing to control their players at the end of a win at Derby on 24 November. Chelsea skipper John Terry led players who confronted referee Andre Marriner after Michael Essien was sent off for pushing Kenny Miller in the face.
Essien was suspended for three matches and will serve the last game of the ban when Chelsea play Arsenal on Sunday.
