I want to start workin with CPI android games. In my opinion I'm going to do it with traffic scource like buzzcity.com
What exactly should I do?

1. Do I have to create pre-landing page or send my banner link directly to offer's google page link?
2. Do I have to create my own banners or offer's banners are ok?
3. Are there any other best ways to promote android games?
