STEP 1 : After you sign up .. Go to the Dashboard and choose (Build a chatbot) as you see in the screenshot
STEP 2 : You can choose one of the already-made bots and add some changes .. Or you can start new template and build it as you want
Here's my template :
By draging the green spot you'll create a new block, it can be a 'question' , 'message', button, ...
You can also choose what you want to add from the left bar
You can also ask questions with pictures :
You can change also the design, the background images, you add media and URLs,

STEP 3: Export your data to Google spreadsheets, connect your Google drive with Landbot
Then, set up a designated spreadsheet in your Google drive first :
STEP 4 : Go back to Landbot chatbot platform, drag a green arrow from the email block and opt for *Google spreadsheets* from the menu
STEP 5 : Once you complete customizing your bot's answers, click this small eye-icon on the top-right to view what you've made !
STEP 6: NOW! Click on publish (on the top- right of the dashboard) And Ta-Daaaah!!! Your link is ready!! Past this code in the <body> section of every page on your website that you want the bot to work on
