Seeking Help Create a Pet Social App and Website

I would like to create a pet socialization and community app and website, mainly for US and European countries.
I hope you all give me a good suggestion.

I think facebook is the best option for create a community. I suggest first. But what's your purpose of creating a Pet app/website? For selling related product or for CPC model..?

My idea is not to create FB communities and posts, but to create my own pet app and website
