The developer side of these platforms is extensive. You will need to activate custom app development. There are a number of partners associated with these platforms that specialize in the various forms of development. If you are not familiar with the developer side of the platform, I highly recommend you hire one of the many official partners. You can, and should, speak with their enterprise teams on how to bring them into your tech stack.
