Although the big July 21st Google Places update affected all 3rd party review sources, the most talked about was DemandForce. The DemandForce review model is often questioned, criticized and IMO usually totally misunderstood. DemandForce just blogged a response to the Google update. Includes a template Dentists can use to get direct Google reviews. IT WORKS!
