Designer/advice required

I have spend a great deal of time building up ableize.com to be (hopfully) a worthy directory, i am now thinking about charging profit making sites only and continuing to build by including all sites that offer advice, info etc free.

I have built up good strong backlinks since its launch 4 months ago of around 5000 and have 74 Google links showing, PR is currently 3 but hoping for a 5 when Google updates soon.

What i'm now looking at is changing the site layout to allow front page banner ads etc but still keeping the cats plain and easy to see.

Anybody got any ideas or even a price to personalse the site to meet my future plans?

I am assuming you want to keep the script that powers the site as well. You best bet is to get a custom eSyndicat skin designed for you, this will allow you to get the site to look exactly how you want.

Should you go ahead with this plane, ensure you get a copy of the skin in editable (PSD format) so that should you lose touch with the designer and eSyndicat is upgraded and the skin no longer works, you can easily get another designer to make necessary modifcation from the PSD backup you have.
