Didocell com Online activation lite offer VOD?

They've been removed from Offervault but I think that's just because it was a listing from last year.
That company doesn't have an affiliate link on their site but I suppose you could contact them and ask, there's a contact link on the site but why don't you go with a well-known and reputable network or program that's been vetted?

I don't know anything about them, so I can't even speculate. I'd never heard of them.
I would suggest that you create a thread in the Business Centre with a Network Wanted or Program Wanted (whichever applies) label and state exactly what you're looking for in an offer or offers. Then, if any of the network or program reps have what you're looking for, they can let you know.
You can also go check out Resources. Plenty of networks and programs listed there for you look through.
