Difference between No-follow & Do-follow Links?

Can anyone suggest me what is the difference between No-follow & Do-follow links?

Dofollow link pass link juice to your website from the website you get the back link, it is helpful to increase page rank of your website. There is not any special tag or attribute use to define dofollow link it is normal hyper link.

Nofollow links are not passing any link juice to website. It is only helpful to increase traffic as these links click by users and they will redirect to your website. We use rel attribute to define nofollow link.

While do follow links pass the link juice, no follow links may help in getting some traffic if its done on a high volume site/forum/blog. So its better to get all kind of backlinks

Basically a Dofollow Link is a normal hyper link which send search engine bots to the target page with the source page credits. If you get that link from a high ranked page then Google bot will mark that your blog has connections and trust from high ranked pages.
Nofollow are for not crawling a link by search engine that influence the ranking of a particular website or blog in search engines.
