So recently I started tracking my campaigns using BeMob and I observed that a couple of days ago, the tracker reported 10 conversions but the network only accounted for only 2 out of those which left my person wondering what the matter was.
I have contacted my AM and sent screenshots of the campaign on my tracker as well as the Conversion IDs. I have also compared the 2 conversions and their conversion IDs to the ones on the tracker and I could see that they matched except for the other 8. My AM has since said she will get back to me and I'm still waiting.
What could the reason for these discrepancies be? Has anyone ever experienced something like this before? How did they go about resolving it? I will be glad to hear from everyone. Thank you!
