We don't have any holidays lurking for quite some time now, but maybe it's the best time to discuss it.
Over my years on the net I've seen many sites that changed their designs a little bit to reflect the holiday's spirit.
So for Easter it's eggs, for Christmas snowflakes and Santa and so on...
The reason I'm asking is that from my personal experience whenever I accessed a site that has done this I was kinda glad to see it.
It doesn't look like much but it has a nice psychological effect on people. The site immediately looks more friendly.
On the other hand many people find it too much trouble. So what do you do?
I included a poll in this thread but I'd also like to hear your thoughts on this one.
