Testing funnels really goes far beyond the accuracy of the links, both relative to the pages (images and forms) or tracking attributes.

Testing how your referral sees this process and reacts is what matters in your funnel's profitability for your endeavor.

Here is an AI 'bucket-list' for a self test as a user, made from a part of the article that is more on point for affiliates.
The purchase part is designed more for an actual seller's use than for an affiliate's use. But this might work well for a free registration and the email verification follow-along. You may need to get permission if a SOI or a DOI generates a CPA event from your affiliate manager, so the event is not seen as a *fraud*

...and be absolutely certain to do this. Some are really tough on this these days! I've heard some aff managers complain lately about some publishers playing "leapfrog" with offers using one offer as a lure to simply use the SOI/DOI to immediately promote someone else's offer.
