Do you think Google Instant is gonna have a negative impact on PPC?

I guess all of you are aware of Google last update Google Instant. This new feature is supposed to save us time when searching. But what do you think about the effects on PPC? If you have a look, you will see that while you are typing both organic and paid results are showing. According to Google Blog it counts as an impression when the user hasn't typed anything else for more than 3 seconds.
Do you think that this fact is going to have a negative effect on the CTR as you might get "wrong" impressions?

Who knows? But the bottom line really is sales and revenue, not CTR.

I dont think it will because it is annoying to most people and when Google realises this it will be removed.
