By no means a veteran webmaster I have a problem that has been bothering me for some time, this a first post (ever) on a web site forum as I am a little stumped as to why this is happening.
I have several sites hosted on a cloud server (LAMP) with a single static IP.
I started work on a domain telavivnightlife.co.il some time ago and it is slowly gaining traffic with little or no effort and I have decided to work on the site again for the summer.
My google analytics show however that links are incoming to dev.futurexmedia.com/jump.
This was the tempory sub.domain/directory i set up for initial testing and development.
So my question is how do I make search engines stop searching this sub domain and start indexing telavivnightlife.co.il
I am not TOO worried regards loosing traffic as at 150 hits a month its no big loss.
I welcome any advise and look forward to being an active participent in this forum and learning as well as hopefully contributing.
