What type of offers do you promote ?

I typically target facebook audiences sometimes broad/sometimes very focused.
Setup some FB ads ($5) day and split test to see results.
I then focus higher paid ads for the campaings which are giving better CTR.

I'm just stuck at the low-end, and trying to find out more about this content locker stuff, it seems others have had great success with this method, but I don't know much about it.
