I was planning to outsource the Email Support for quick reply to all my clients. It is for both the reasons for providing immediate reply to our customers (solution to all their queries) and building harmony relationship with our clients. Is it worthy to get connected with such services?
 
There's many reliable companies that offer that type of service. As long as you have a contract with them that clearly outlines what is included (response and resolution times for support tickets, etc) it's worthwhile to try, if you don't have staff that are currently answering tickets for you. It can certainly save you alot of money over hiring staff to respond to tickets 24/7.
 
Some of the hosting companies offer end support to the customers via emails for free if you have their services and therefore I would recommend you to choose one of such companies as it's a better option and will help you to save a good amount of money.
