You mean its moving from being an underwear to becoming a non underwear? most of the fashionable young men seem to show their underwear this days and have their trousers not over their bum but underneath so that they can show off their underwear

I remember 20 or so years back everyone on the beach was showing as much skin as possible. Now if you wear anything above the knee - they call you g@y...
