Facebook ad account problem

when I send my ID to verify my account,Facebook reply I reply as follows：
”In order for me to assist you, you’ll need to write in using the primary email address associated with your disabled account. You’ll also need to provide your full name along with a description of the issue you’re experiencing. “

But the primary email address is just this one！
Why is there such a problem？

Did you try sending them the info they are now asking for? If so, did you get any response?

I know it's nearly impossible to get in touch with a person at any of the big sites, so it would be worth a try.

Did just a quick search to try and find you some help. Came across this WikiHow article: How to Contact Facebook
