FACEBOOK DOESN’T OPTIMIZE OR DELIVER CAMPAIGN..

Facebook is not delivering my ads lately, I set a high value to deliver, like 3 thousand dollars for example and it delivers 20%... can anyone explain to me why?

Your bid is too low and you are getting the leftovers?
You mean a campaign budget is $3K with only $600 is spent?

Generally they may be requiring and update to the ad status, or a flag has been raised by a monitor and when that happens they always place a notice in the ad account. Otherwise, if that isn't the issue, and there are no account restrictions or ad restrictions, it's possible your targeting may be too restrictive.

Another consideration is FB has a built-in automatic "stop delivery" setting in their algo. It responds to the members that select to hide your ads or you as an advertiser. If they see too many "hides" of your ads by members then they may stop displaying them.

Facebook Hide Ads Option

• Hide ads and advertisers
  You can hide individual ads or all ads from an advertiser:
  1. Tap the top right of the ad
  2. Select Hide ad
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions
  4. To hide ads from an advertiser, tap Why am I seeing this ad?
  5. Scroll down to What You Can Do and tap Hide all ads from this advertiser

It could mean you have not through with the spending threshold yet

check your bid and target parameters, if they are too low/too narrow, the ad delivering could fail.

You have to raise the budget incrementally. You have to raise it every time.
