Fedora Core 4 installing question

Hello,

I just got the Fedora Core 4 install CD's and I want to install it on my PC. The only problem is that I newer installed any Linux before.

The instalation of the software is probably automated but I don't know about the firewall. I heard that there are some commands that I must enter but don't know which.

There is not any graphical interface to do that? Something which is more intuitive than entering commands?

Redhat has a gui installer and you can select the firewall options on intall. I haven't installed fedora core 4 but the last distro I did was very simple and the GUI was easy to figure out (tickboxes etc)

If you get stuck, give me a shout after install and I'll talk you through installing iptables
