Hi, Jonas. Every country has different specifications. You'll need to check Singapore's regulations and maybe check if you'll have to pay taxes in Singapore and your home country.

It's usually pretty easy to set up an affiliate business in any part of the world.

In name only? Look a the the appropriate website. Resident agent for legal service is the usual requirement.
The problem is establishing banking. There are usually residency requirements --a physical presence of a director of the corporation is most places. I don't know what the banks might require in Singapore.
