Free logo creator software?

Does anyone know any free logo creation software? I need to create a new logo for my site.

but if you're talking logos you should get someone to design a custom one for you.

that's okay, but as its shareware you have very basic uses for it wothout paying for the lciense. could be just what you're looking for though ;-)

driverguide page said license was freeware not shareware, but i haven't checked so it might be.
