Since most (if not all) ad networks keep their traffic sources hidden - there is no way of telling how much traffic volume they have from each country.

When you ask them - they give you vague figures or amorphic answers .

From your experience which PPC network is targeted specifically for UK traffic?

I don't know if this would work, as I haven't done it myself but have you gone to their site and checked Alexa/SimilarWeb/FollowNet/something? Might be worth a try.

I think that the best PPC network is somewhat subjective, depending on vertical and method.
