Full speed ahead for broadband

If you are a speed freak then the good news is that 2005 looks like being a vintage year as internet firms continue to increase the speed of broadband and lower prices.
Here is a run-down of some of the UK based firms already offering speeds of 2mbps or above.

My UK Location doesn't get Broadband until second half of 2005 so seeing these packages hurts at the moment.

I'd love it if internet was a bit cheaper here, I think it's rediculous for the cost of up and down, highly fluctuating speeds.

It is amazing isn't it that althought the service providers are walking over each other to provide broadband for some area not many of them are willing to invest in expasion.

I am afraid to live in the village like I'd loved because of this problem too.
