Seeking Help Getting Clicks But No Calls Why?

Hi I am running ads in India, for packers and movers I have started call ads campaign with max click and manual CPC but both cases give clicks but no calls. how is this possible. as I have running in day only. and 1 thing that if someone click on call then google redirect to dial window of phone then how the calls not generated only clicks are there. please help. #adwords #googleads #callads #clicksbutnocall

Have you double checked all of your paths, are the phone numbers right --there's no error on your part that's causing the problem?

Check and verify the above factors to troubleshoot also. If all is good the call-center is the issue most likely.

Thank you so much for the depth reply, but I have checked the phone number is correct even I get calls from search campaign call assets. and one more thing when google people support on call they make things worst only focus on maximum conversion bidding strategy.

also I had this call ad campaign with maximum click bidding strategy back in the last year but now i made changes and using this campaign with manual cpc. with 30% ad adjustment for calls only to get the calls.

If you are getting clicks and there is no error in the funnel to the call center --lose that call center. They are not performing well for you --reason "unknown." I am assuming that you have 40 to 100 valid clicks from Google ads and your ad is realistic to the offer.
