Going Insane With Sweeps!!!

Hello Fixers,

So, I'm moving away from AV - WhatsApp type verticals due to getting fed up with networks declining so easily - I'm looking to get into Sweeps but have ZERO luck. I'm running pops but my lander is so pathetically low its almost impossible to get any results - If I was designing these lander's in MS paint and asking my little sister to code them I would understand the low CTR, but Im not (Honest). The lander's are being ripped from spy tools which are still being run other places and have been for some time. So, WTF am I doing wrong?

CTR - Below 1%
CR On Offer - 5-6%

I can't give you any helpful advice but I can empathize. I've never had any luck with sweepstakes on the web.
